Backstory and why you want this authorization:
I primarily made this application and backstory so that I could understand my own character better. I don't think I'm asking for too much and I jut want to confirm all the stuff in my character's backstory will be in line with the server's canon.
Chiyoko Takahashi, born Shizuka Fujimoto, belonged to a poor, working class family in an industrial district in the GAR-controlled metopolis. Both of her parents worked in the factories and struggled to get by with their meager income; however, there was little chance of an improvement in the situation. With the GAR influence on Japan, unions were all but nonexistent and the few vocal protesters were quickly silenced by the government. Dropping out of junior high school, Shizuka herself took up a job at a factory manufacturing vehicle parts. The hours, though restricted to 12 hours per day, were far from good, and there was little guarantee of safety; although the job did generate enough extra money that her family could provide itself food and housing.
As one would expect, however, the combination of her poor living conditions and questionable safety procedures resulted in a dangerous environment, especially for the child laborers. After a month of working at the factory, Shizuka was badly injured at the factory when her arm was caught in one of the machines, resulting in her arm breaking painfully, though staying attached fortunately. However, her family was unable to afford medical care and had no medical insurance to speak of. Shizuka's medical attention was limited to a makeshift splint, the limits of her family's medical knowledge.
It was only about two days later that Shizuka's parents were approached by individuals claiming to offer medical aid. Their condition was to pledge loyalty to "The United Socialist People of Japan", an organization that stemmed from pro-confederation socialists who had immigrated to Japan. The conditions having been met, Shizuka was turned over to the socialists to receive medical care, which was provided through funds granted to the group by the Confederation. During her time with USPJ, Shizuka was given lessons on the "ideal socialist world" and her negative view of the GAR was reinforced. However, during the time in which she stayed under USPJ protection, Shizuka's family was informed on as pro-Confederation and arrested by the government along with their few worldly possessions.
Learning this, the USPJ took Shizuka into their custody and changed her name accordingly, along with providing her forged identification and other necessary papers to keep her out of trouble. Now Chiyoko Takahashi
, she continued her education (a fair portion of which was lessons on Socialism and pro-Confederation ideology), and became a trusted member of the small Socialist faction, hidden away in the lower Metropolis. Eventually, however, these peaceful days came to an end with the conflict between the GAR and Confederation heating up. The Confederation's orders to the USPJ and other small socialist cells around Japan became increasingly violent, often involving sabotage of GAR facilities. During a botched attempt at one of these sabotages, a USPJ compound was discovered and violently destroyed by Japanese police. Afterwards, the scattered USPJ members merged with the rest of the shattered socialist underground movement and lost much of the Confederation's support. Funding was all but cut off and the movement died down significantly. The only remaining protests were in the form of harmless slogans painted and posted around the Metropolis that did little to damage GAR control over Japan. Attempts to gain separatist support were equally useless, leaving the crushed Socialist movement to slowly fade.
Among the remaining pro-Confederation individuals who were forced to await another opportunity from the shadows was Chiyoko Takahashi
, whose loyalty to the USPJ and opposition to the GAR and Japanese governments saw her eagerly awaiting her chance to aid in the growing conflict between the Confederation and the GAR.
