Well, on my time in the server from what I've seen the Federation are too active for a dystopian setting.
I think really the Federation Soldier characters should be limited to being off-duty unless called to report something and alongside that they really should be reworked into a Police Force. Having Soldiers roaming the streets with fully automatic assault rifles and big, bulky armor meant for stopping AR rounds in warzones is a bit silly and seems like it'd make crime in a dystopian cyberpunk setting virtually impossible without getting killed/caught.
