Drop-Bear International
Look Up, Stay Alive.
Drop-Bear International is an Australian-owned private military company (PMC) that provides security, security advising services, combat support, and more to the highest bidder. DBI was founded in July 2003 by a man named Oscar King, and since then has been passed down in ownership from father to son and so on. The current CEO is Matthew Derrick King, a very ruthless and very rich man.
Most recently, Drop-Bear International has found it's way into Metropolis, where they currently do security work and advising for any hiring corporations. They are not open for recruitment to Metropolis citizens.
Most DBI mercenaries are well equipped, superbly edgy, and well trained men, typically Australian as well. Professional and will absolutely put a bullet in anyone in the way of their objective. DBI mercenaries rarely range in equipment, as most are armed with protective bulletproof vests and guards, and the likes, and typically carry sub machine guns.
Ronin Marauders
The Ronin Marauders were once a small time gang of Street Samurai, founded by a man named Ichikawa Tokuhei, who formerly aimed to fight against crime in Metropolis, and all of their members were sworn to deliver justice and punishment to wrongdoers. However, after the ruling corporations of Metropolis declared all vigilantism to be illegal, the Ronin Marauders were forced to continue their operations in the shadows. Conflicts arose eventually, and many of the Ronin Marauders' numbers split off from the group, forming other cults and gangs dedicated to fighting organized crime.
By this point, the Marauders had elected a new leader, Yasui Ichiyo. Yasui, like many of the remaining Marauders, did not attack criminals and gangs for moral reasons. They did it for whatever profit they could gain. The Ronin Marauders had turned into a gang that hit other gangs and even syndicates in order to steal products and goods they could find, while expanding what they considered to be their territory.
Most Marauders wear as much equipment as they can scrounge, which is surprisingly a fair amount of effective gear, as many wear bulletproof vests and the likes, but are most notably spotted by the fact that most wear conical hats.
The Marauders follow a direct hierarchy in which they call each higher rank elder brothers, and lower ranks younger brothers. The person in lead (Such as Yasui in this case) of the Marauders, as well as any person directly under their rank is always referred to as Master by those under them.
The Marauders are currently hostile to anyone armed on places they consider their turf, and are also not open, or do not have a way to openly recruit Metropolis citizens into its ranks.
